Use of AI Note-Taking and Recording
Purpose This policy establishes guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, automated note-taking applications, transcription technologies, and recording devices during training sessions conducted by Fast Forward Learning and Development. The purpose is to protect the proprietary content, methodologies, and materials developed by the company. Scope This policy applies to all participants, clients, and attendees of any training program, workshop, course, or event facilitated by Fast Forward Learning and Development, whether conducted virtually or in person. Policy Statement All training content, materials, and presentations are the exclusive intellectual property of Fast Forward Learning and Development. To maintain confidentiality and protect the proprietary nature of our content, the use of the following technologies is strictly prohibited during sessions: AI bots or AI-assisted note-taking tools Automated or third-party transcription software Screen recording, audio recording, or video recording tools Unauthorized use of such technologies constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in immediate removal from the training session and restriction from future participation. Reasonable Accommodation Participants who require the use of AI-assisted or recording tools as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) must submit a written request to: Myra Quick President, Fast Forward Learning and Development 📧 mquick@fastforwardlearn.com Requests must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled session. Each request will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. Enforcement Violation of this policy may result in: Immediate removal from the session Restriction from participation in future programs Revocation of access to course material Fast Forward Learning and Development reserves the right to take additional legal action if proprietary materials are distributed or reproduced without written consent. Effective Date This policy is effective immediately and applies to all Fast Forward Learning and Development training sessions from the date of publication forward.
