What Is the Express Grant Program?
The Express Grant is a Massachusetts state program that helps small businesses cover the cost of employee training.
If your organization has fewer than 100 employees, you
may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 per person per calendar year in reimbursed training expenses.
Reimbursement Details
Up to $300 per instructional hour
Maximum of $3,000 per person per course
Any training costs beyond these limits are paid by the business
Reimbursement Amounts by Business Size
Up to 100% reimbursement for organizations with up to 50 Massachusetts employees
Up to 50% reimbursement for organizations with 51–100 Massachusetts employees
(ESOL courses may be reimbursed up to 100% regardless of company size.)
